<description>&#60;p&#62;Aye, it's getting near that time again when we'll be blinded b numpties or those who couldn't care less about blasting our retinas with way too many photons thanks partly due to the manufacturers and retailers who sell lights which are far too powerful for use on shared cycle paths (on busy city streets I fully understand), and people who throw the lights onto their handlebars at any old angle, selecting the most ridiculous strobing mode available.

&#60;p&#62;i think a typical car headlight is 1,200ish lumens. so just 3.5 times that.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;although I don't think even Brucey S would pay 400 quid for one.
