No one abused us. What comes to mind is a painted lane on the road like on Buccleuth Street to make that clear - but (probably evidence-based) scepticism about that in the comments too.</p> <p>Alternative answer: that video shows that "drivers" haven't behaved sufficiently well to be allowed onto that road and, as that comment says, they should use the A road provided for them and have through-access removed.
