No action for the quite reasonable reason listed below - the change was snuck in when the detailed landscape architect's drawing was submitted as a part of consent conditions.</p> <p>If the council still owns the land I guess they may be able to fix this out of minor capital expenditure but there's much bigger fish to fry in the area right now.</p> <p>Available on portal under '16/00558/ENCOMP' (you need to tick enforcements)</p> <p><blockquote><strong>The enquiry relates to the closure of a footpath used by cyclists for access to the main Roseburn cycle route.</strong></p> <p>The footpath, whilst shown on the site plan (02) approved for the development site granted under 13/04207/FUL as being retained, is shown on subsequently submitted drawings as being closed off and landscaped over. I noticed that pedestrians are pushing past the fence in the top photo and using the direct route as per the original path (which is what I did). I've been reading here long enough to feel like I'd have seen comment on this before now but I don't remember any.</p> <p>All in the name of beautification of the new £250,000 apartments?
