Once you try to head around the north of the Anne Ferguson Bldg via the car parks, there's a sign saying 'all cyclists must dismount'.</p> <p>Why? There are pedestrian routes painted on, but it's mainly just narrow roads. Presume 10mph , lots of bumps.
