I saw the whole incident and have made a report to 101 - the cyclist seemed okay and cycled off after a heated exchange, the driver was completely in the wrong and is now minus the back of his driver-side wing mirror.<br /> I'm happy to make a statement if anyone knows the person involved and they are going to report it - I've got a note of all the details. </p>
