In a lot of places, trees have grown over the lights leaving big shadows or darkness. It makes things a bit gloomy and less inviting, probably less safe and waste of electricity. For instance at Scotland St tunnel but many other places. Does this come under Council maintenance? I think Greenspace did/do trimming of trees for clearance/sightlines?</p> <p>I might be willing to volunteer to do some trimming... </p>
