Could the council force the association football performance venue management to pay for a mini-brushwagon to go round the paths from Seafield to Easter Road and across Crawford Bridge etc in the mornings after performances, when their spectators will have inevitably chucked a few bottles off the bridge or onto the slope up to Restalrig Road?
