<description>&#60;p&#62;I was pretty sure I'd seen this posted on here already, but haven't been able to find it again.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The all-party cycling committee at Westminster is running a consultation on whether the justice system is working for cyclists. I haven't a clue how this applies to Scotland, but it's worth engaging with it anyway.&#60;/p&#62;
