In summary, he's not waited to be told it's OK, but has instead said to all the right people 'I'm going to do this' and pressed ahead with it. "All the right people" includes the property managers, media team, HR and internal comms people.</p> <p>If you're thinking of trying to get your company to sign up, I'd recommend his approach.
