The Town House in Aberfeldy was good last time we stayed there. Can't speak for bike friendliness but they were quite unfazed by muddy boots.

Customer service was great too: the shower in our room went wrong and started sending water into the bar (right into my lap for I was having a crafty pint while my girlfriend showered: there's karma for you). They sorted out a new room for us straight away and gave us a generous discount.

Breakfast==gigantic and included steam-fried eggs. Perhaps not advisable just before a triathlon but very tasty!

Avoid the Weem Inn - unless it's improved since I stayed a couple of years ago.

can't recommend a BnB (we self cater in that area) but the 3 lemons in Aberfeldy is very reasonable for a good dinner

Anyone got any recommendations for a nice* B&B near Aberfeldy or Kenmore. Heading up there for a triathlon in august but registration is the day before so I need to stay overnight.

*clean (must accommodate mrs beano so can't be a tent!); pretty cheap; cycle-friendly so I could potentially keep the bike locked up somewhere other than the car.
