<description>&#60;p&#62;@Klaxon yes, I think so. It was overgrown for many years. They scraped off the debris about six years ago and revealed a path with stone edging. Unfortunately they also removed a lot of the finer top dressing and exposed the rubble founds which became puddles. This time they seem to be tarmacing the whole thing. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The cynic in me thinks it may improve the environmental impact asessment for the housing proposal just beyond there in the field bounded by Newhailes. Nice commutable path into the city centre.
