I still have my flagpole on back of bike. Alas coming off tomorrow.

Keeps other people away from my rear end, I like it, but going on some tracks near Humbie for my Supervision with my mentor.

At Scotmid tonight chatting to lovely Balerno dad he though the words Ratho feeder ride sanded creepy. So I explained about the panda. All good.

As with previous years there is now a Flickr group for putting photos in for free press use.

PoP 2017 Press (Edinburgh)

https://www.flickr.com/groups/3310495@N20/

Anyone can add - and remove from the group after a couple of days if you don't want 'free use' for ever.

Joining Flickr is free (up to 200 photos are visible, more than that and you have to pay a relatively small annual fee.)

You get an email address which you can use to upload to your own Flickr account. There is also an app that will do this and more - it can be set to work only on WiFi or use your phone's data.

Hemma has free WiFi.

Previously photos from the group have been used on the BBC's web site to illustrate a story by David Miller, but he has got a new job.

This year I'll be in another land, so I hope a few of you will manage to send some photos to PoP 2017 Press (Edinburgh) https://www.flickr.com/groups/3310495@N20/ before during or after PoP.

I've put a few photos on from previous years, feel free to add a few.

If you just want to practice, but don't have any PoP photos, you can "add to group" (option on all photos) and remove from group once it has been added.
