Compared to the narrow, bumpy, poorly surfaced sections that we were using before, for the moment I'm pretty happy with what's been done. </p> <p>I went to the drop-in session at Corstorphine Library in 2015 and several of us flagged those side roads. The Council officer hadn't been aware of those particular issues but to his credit he took that away and the project was re-phased. We need to wait till next year (as far as I know) but they will be improving access at those side roads. Our request for priority hasn't been taken forward but corner radii and sight lines are to be improved in favour of path users. In the meantime, I'll continue to approach Gogarstone Road with great care.
