I think to stop cyclists using pavement to avoid temp traffic light. I don't usually see much justified purpose of these but this one has nothing, there's no visible road works or any other obstructions. It's been there for well over a week, briefly disappeared, but now returned. Anyone got any idea what it's for?</p> <p>Starting to wonder if it's some Summerhall based art project, waiting to see what it takes for a sign to end up in the bushes. </p>
