The vast majority know the problems with our cities and are only too aware of what is going on in Scandinavia. A prime example can be found in The Guardian article itself. It mentions Jan Gehl, what it doesn't tell you is that his right hand man of many years, David Sim, is from Linlithgow and studied at the Edinburgh College of Art. In short - it's the politicians wot done it.
