They've completely failed and my bike is intact, however the lock is inoperable and i cannot remove my bike now which i need to get to uni/work.</p> <p>How do I get this bike back on the road? What dangerous power tool is needed to cut through a d-lock? And more importantly, how can i do it without looking like i'm knicking the bike?
