The state of the hill at the very bottom of Brown St is frustratingly terrible considering the paths within view are beautiful and lovely.</p> <p>If you've been down there you'll know it's super steep but plenty of cyclists use this path; I have been known to do some pretty cool skids when I get half way down to slow my speed enough for going past pedestrians or other cyclists on the second half of the hill. In the rain it can be pretty terrifying with brakes on full pelt and still hopping and skidding about (I know I should just walk down but I am stubborn). </p> <p>I've not long joined so I just wondered if this has been something anyone has tried to get sorted before or if there is some kind of procedure I should know about? </p> <p>Sidenote: just came over here after trying to NOT comment on EEN posts about cycling.
