Pop up shanty town discos all over the place. </p> <p>Chaos as far as Fountan Park.</p> <p>After that quite a bit of bother off a car transporter scraping the barrier at Diggers then a BMW with a number plate K1 WKR</p> <p>some progress by bike but lot of the cars still stuck in town. </p>
