Plenty of opportunities to disagree with IAM and also promote segregated paths and presumed liability</p> <p>I agreed with compulsory cycle training for children but not adults. I said I agreed only if the campaign was not distracting to drivers. Amused myself no end with that</p> <p>Fixed penalties for shaving whilst driving</p> <p>They do not mention phones, but fixed penalties already exist for that. Oh wait that is just a dream and no one else has dreamt it, is that right? </p>
