<description>&#60;p&#62;Is there any useful information there? Rails market share has risen but there is no mention of a fall in trips so I have to assume.e that these are new journeys. While they might have saved emissions over air they have generated emissions over not traveling.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The claimed savings are also not said to be annual so presumably the 300k tonnes of CO2 savings are for the whole 10 years.

&#60;p&#62;Moving travel from high-fuel modes to high-concrete modes might help, but unless the whole world agrees to leave hydrocarbons in the ground......
