The anchor pub nearby is good. The other one the Bell gets very busy at lunch with the tourists coming off the rowing boat ferry from Southwold. The anchor Still owned maybe by the same people who have the white horse in London Town (known as the Sloany Pony). Great walk down to Dunwich of Dynamo fame and the pub there The Ship is also good. Marsh harriers easy to spot and the little term this year was a highlight. The ice cream shop in Southwold is worth cycling over for. One thing I like about the river Blyth is that foot, cycling and rowing are all quicker than driving as cars have to go all the way in land to cross whereas we have a footbridge.
