A worthy winner. There isn't much cycle campaigning in Scotland that Sally isn't involved in one way or another. I know she has helped me a lot and I'm sure others too despite not actually living in Edinburgh.</p> <p>Also recognised was @DomD for the excellent work on #OperationClosePass, spearheading a successful pilot in Edinburgh that is now being rolled out across Scotland.</p> <p>Well done both.
