We can see this in every walk of life. The mainstream is driving everywhere, unfortunately. Plenty of folk don't think that way but are still a minority, even in Edinburgh (Glasgow too, but not having a car is associated with low incomes there). Elected, or official? Either way there should be some propaganda/training within SG to help them get with the Active Travel programme. 2020 is quite close now. I can't see why anyone in SG should think it sensible to do that journey by car.
