<description>&#60;p&#62;Personally I don't think the very large estates (Atholl, Invercauld, etc) are particularly bike-unfriendly, probably better than average actually. Certainly with hill-walking the biggest access problems are with the relatively tiny ones eg North Chesthill.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I think the market for 'touristic' estates outside of existing tourist areas like Aviemore/Spey Valley is likely to be pretty limited.
