The two developments in most familiar with include steps where there should be ramps/slopes and chicanes which meet neither Scottish nor rUK standards. Joining the development to the NEPN should be a requirement but I can't see them volunteering.</p> <p>There customers also seem to have a propensity for more cars than their large drives can handle and generally store them on the pavement. There are plenty of buses running in all directions from Ocean Terminal, and the trams may be running through there in the next decade too.
