From our point of view finance costs us but with the devaluation of the pound we have to have as many ways as possible to help get people on bikes (+ pay the rent!).</p> <p>The car industry is a total finance industry of course and e-cars are subsidised as part of government policy. The GCI title / mission statement ticks usual 'green' boxes - 'The Green Commute Initiative is a Not for Profit Social Enterprise'.</p> <p>Bikes like the Urban Arrow and Nihola e-Cargo could be affordable with this finance scheme.</p> <p><em>They will also finance old style 'manual bikes' of course!</em> </p>
