<description>&#60;p&#62;Saw this on another thread a few days ago.  I also went for option B as it keeps a direct cycle lane and tightens corner radii - slowing turning vehicles.  It would also create some usable public space, no-one is going to sit in the middle of the traffic islands proposed in option A.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I assume option C was only thrown in to make up the numbers - who would want to see a roundabout created here?
