Got caught up in the middle of the emergency services cordon for a couple of hours. </p> <p>The woman from the car in front of me was walking wounded. I let her shelter in my car. </p> <p>Fire crew was first to arrive. Their first aider asked if she could stand up unaided. Instead of answering, she just did it. The firefighter then physically stopped her sitting back in my car, instead he sat her on the kerbside. </p> <p>His colleague explained that if she'd sat in my car again, then her neck or back started to stiffen even the adrenaline wore off, I was losing the roof of my car to allow a brace to be applied easily. </p> <p>Be warned.
