It was originally designed for disabled users, but Neatebox have realised that is also great for cyclists too (Gavin Neate used to ride a recumbent trike).</p> <p>Just down load the app to your phone and as you approach the Toucan crossing it uses geofencing and Bluetooth to tell the crossing you are coming and electronically presses the button for you.</p> <p>If the Toucan crossings you use regularly isn't already enabled then fill out <a href="https://neatebox.com/button-request-form/">this request form</a> and they can get the Council to install one. In so doing you will also be helping people with mobility issues to get about safely. </p> <p>So do something nice today and help people with mobility issues, whilst helping yourself... ;-) </p>
