If someone's paying attention it'll be as visible as any other. I find the proliferation of "safety gewgaws" irksome though - be safe with helmet lights, bar-end indicator lights, brake lights, tail lights, rucksack lights, Sam Browne belts with sewn-in LEDs and bike-symbol ground lasers.
