Never cycled in so much snow before.</p> <p>QM busy clearing snow and putting onto MMW. This appreciated by XC skier. I was sen=cond in. The woman, whom I took to be the senior member of staff took my order, seemed disappointed I did not want breakfast. </p> <p>I was second in. There ended up being six of us. The tables were fine for thst. The coffee was good, not too bitter, £1.80 for an americano, good value. THe place is lovely. I'd imagined blinking lights and flat screens and <em>lots</em> of carbon fibre. Last week Arellcat said that it's got Sturmey Archer brakes (effective, I'm sure, but not exactly carbon fibre) and now we hear that the bell is operated by a piece of string. <em>Please</em> don't tell me that the string has a knot half-way along.
