<description>&#60;p&#62;@rider73- agree on trees and hedgerows.  Noticed on my way home Tuesday that they were chopping down a lot of trees on the sliproad beneath the S side of the FRB. Incredibly short sighted.

&#60;p&#62;i often wonder what the &#34;problem&#34; is with trees - there is so much free space or recently renovated space , as well as new housing developments thats just grass (mostly new bushes or two or three tiny trees)&#60;br /&#62;
in this day and age we should be forcing as many trees into as many spots as possible - even going so far as to forcing businesses/investment companies who are &#34;land sitting&#34; to plant trees until they actually develop on the land.&#60;br /&#62;
If you go around the new housing estates in dunfermline you can be amazed at how much bare grass land there is....
