Stick to the pavements (excusable with kids here, as it's pretty horrible) along Slateford/Lanark Road and then cross and head down Inglis Green Road. Lets just say I only just got away with it, but scrapped some of the paint from the overriders. Had s trailer wheel had slipped off it would have been a major hassle get panda, trailer and bike out of the canal. This year I will be escorting MiniBikeTrain, MidiBikeTrain and the Panda in a trailer from Meadows back to Hermiston. We will use the canal for most of the route but looking at how to avoid the Aqueduct. </p> <p>Any suggestions greatly appreciated. </p>
