<description>&#60;p&#62;&#60;em&#62;&#34;As opposed to inconveniencing other road users and making cyclists even more unpopular, this pointless event could have a purpose if the rabble could be addressed by a road safety lecturer instead of Mr. Beaumont, covering basics like &#34;traffic lights&#34; and &#34;pavements&#34;, both universally abused by pedalistas.&#60;/em&#62;&#34;&#60;br /&#62;
Whew!  I'm really glad no &#60;em&#62;motorists&#60;/em&#62; need any road safety lecturer to cover the same basics for them !&#60;/p&#62;
