The longer route at Drumlanrig was very quiet today. At times we wondered if we had missed a sign, as we were the only vehicles on the roads. We let two chaps from Cockermouth join us but they were equally perplexed. We had whole swathes of countryside to ourselves with Marshalls at key junctions, reasonable signage though a few more might have reassured us. Two of the feeding stations were also epic in home baking produce.

There was a shorter route and it was a filthy morning. PM nicer but my winter bike was correct choice.
