<description>&#60;p&#62;As usual the problem is lack of prosecution. The drivers jump the light because they know there is unlikely to be any repercussions. If there was a traffic camera recording and sending letters to them compliance would be much higher.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Although by my reckoning that is more than 500 activations a day. :-o
