Craig Mcleod, Carbon Fibre Solutions, http://www.carbonfibresolutions.co.uk

did a great job on my carboniferous frame last summer - bottle brazeons and front derailleur mount had pulled out. Neat and strong and much cheaper than buying a new one; I think the repaired bits are better than the originals. Also gave me email updates on how the work was going which was kind of fun.

There is a guy out near Alloa who repairs carbon frames. I think his name is Andrew Wilson, but you’ll get confirmation of this, and his contact details from The Bicycleworks.

Good luck.

Cheers

That's likely repairable although it can be expensive if you want it done properly (which is obviously highly desirable). Both Carbo Bike Repair and Carbon Fibre Solutions have good reputations although there are other repairers

I don't think carbon fibre frames can be repaired safely. There might be stress cracks in the rear triangle which could fail catastrophically at a later date.

Anyone know about carbon frames and their 'fixability' or even better, can recommend some to do said repairs.

A pal's rear mech broke and took some frame with it!
