It is a brilliant space with huge community potential. Bellfield is a church that has been bought by the Porty Community as a space for groups and (it would appear) businesses to use.</p> <p>At the risk of stating the obvious, my guess is that this is someone local who has set up a businesses teaching bike maintenance and is using Bellfield as a regular venue, and borrowed the name.
