The traffic management plans are put in place by the CEC, University &amp; Festival tenants during the build period expressly to keep people safe. Only to be told yesterday that it was closed to cyclists because of the 'heavy vehicles'. </p> <p>unimpressed. </p> <p>pretty sure it is a public road and they don't have a TRO. </p> <p>and they can't continue to let cars through but require cyclists to dismount.</p> <p>also the usual accessibility issues. </p> <p>but some poorly paid folk have been given hiviz and told to enforce it. </p> <p>bah. </p>
