Then I looked at the lack of disc or decent drum brakes and thought - 'no!'. Not a known make either.</p> <p>Soul Cycles have a ex demo Christiania in shop at moment. Ali has been selling a few it seems. One in shop has discs but only 3 speed. Could then see how hard / easy it is to go up to KB. Sustrans have an e-trike.</p> <p>Shared cargo bikes and trikes have to fit a wide range of riders and this always becomes a sticking point. Which is why trailers are popular. Spokes have made a grant available plus other funds have come from elsewhere.<br /> The budget means E-trikes or Urban Arrows are not really possible anyway so they need to find a used geared trike. Low 7 speed set up at least so it can move uphill slowly at least.<br /> Yes, a bike trailer could do this but cargo bikes make good advertising platforms and get noticed.</p> <p>If anyone has a source let me know.
