Which ones to be worried about and which ones to let slide? I guess a yearly appraisal might be in order? I'm not just being pessimistic, which is my default outlook, but we have experienced a close bereavement recently which has given us a wake-up call. My sister went to the doctor and was misdiagnosed in her early 20s. A few years later it was correctly identified. Even if he gets through this week - currently debatable - he won't be seeing his later forties. Or his kids grow up. Gut punched doesn't begin to describe it. </p>
