Selling or donating - see below.</p> <p>A friend is doing a charity cycle ride round Europe for Greenpeace.</p> <p>As my donation, I have sourced a S/H bike, refurbed it (he paid for the replacement parts. Now I'm looking for a cheap/free set of panniers for him. Doesn't matter if they are waterproof or not, as I'll most likely buy him liners. The larger the better, although front panniers might be considered as an extra, if I can source a set of Lowriders(?
