The car park will be closed to vehicles for the day. People are encouraged to visit and attend the Parliament via active travel or public transport. The car park space will be pedestrianised for stalls and activities, including stalls from Sustrans and other climate and sustainability related organisations. There will also be activities such as trying electric bikes and sessions for creating personalised travel plans. The festival will run from 11am-2pm.</p> <p>Who should attend?
