<description>&#60;p&#62;Young Master Gembo off to London for work experience. So I was not out in the morning. This afternoon, unusually I found myself the in apple pie bakery of Carnwath post meridian. There I met 80 year old sandy from Lanark and his pal in his 70s from Whitburn. A couple of characters. Sandy knew Ken Laidlaw, Sandy Gilchrist etc. 25 years ago in Majorca he was coaching a party and caused the Spanish coach to go radge at the Spanish national team as 55 year old Sandy was drafting them. Sandy not a fan of heart monitors, computers or strava. Sandy is a fan of mudguards.
