My hope is that the work will instate a wider gap in the middle of the road - there seems to be a drop kerb there (there always was). </p> <p>I'll be well p*ssed off if the permeability is taken away - that's my drop through to avoid cycling at low speed along Queen Street on a hire bike. I see nothing on the council's website but perhaps I'm not looking hard enough.</p> <p>I'll get a photo on my way home: it was dark this morning. </p>
