Dunno if anyone here had something to do with it but if so a heartfelt thanks - the Warriston ramp no longer has a soggy bottom.

The SfP lanes on Duddingston Road have been swept. Assuming it was the council what did it, though not sure if it was done manually or by a wee machine.

Safe Cycling South Edinburgh are looking for volunteers this weekend to clear leaves from the Comiston Rd lanes:

https://twitter.com/Cyclesouthedin/status/1461013161641975809

Asking again for volunteers to help clear leaves from Comiston Road cycle lanes/pavement. A Good Samaritan cleared a path through the piles but they will still have to be removed before the snow comes ( last year very early December)

Defeated by the fairies today on the MTB-with-tubes. I guess it's karma after gloating about last weeks victory against them

That ramp is made worse because of the spring at the base--after a good rain it seems like every ounce of water that went through the playing fields drains out there.

The bottom of the ramp up next to Warriston Cemetery is a swamp of leaves and muck, even a wide & careful left turn can see the bike slide out from under you. Unfortunately I'm not sure how you'd fix it given the amount of earth around it that will shift down with any amount of rain.

Leaf mulch and hidden sharp objects did a number on my tyres this morning around the Cramond brig. Several punctures but they were no match for the tubeless setup. A few thousand pumps of the mini-pump and I was back on the road in no time with oil free hands

The paths here in Musselburgh aren't too bad. The one that runs parallel to Daiches Brae could do with a sweep. Other bits of East Lothian are like this:

The Water of Leith path on the back-of-Largo-Place section up to the Great Junction Street bridge is always the first bit to get fully-carpeted.
NEPN at the Pilton access point.
WoL again between Newhaven Road and South Fort Street.

Has anyone come across a particularly egregious example of an uncleared path?
