Anyone that uses that route on foot or bike will know it's a bit of nightmare.</p> <p>Sadly the TRO makes absolutely no provision to improve things by taking a bit of space for a path around the edge, or similar. It's just painting the bays and putting some time limits on how long you can park for.</p> <p>Just in case anyone feels like commenting/objecting.</p> <p>Really sorry for the last minute nature of this, completely forgot about posting it on here. Deadline is April 5th. </p>
