Police have been informed.</p> <p>There are some sick individuals out there. Was thinking of going out that way on Tuesday. I would say a non emergency call to the police. Over a 20 metre stretch at the Dunfermline end there were four or five piles scattered right across the cycle path. Not sure if I got everything but just a cautionary note for anyone cycling out this direction to keep an eye out (and help to clear the path if possible).</p> <p>What’s the protocol for flagging issues like this? Should the council be notified? Sustrans? </p>
