It was mentioned <a href="http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/news/article/2476/final_road_layout_agreed_for_picardy_place_as_enabling_works_continue">here</a> more than a year ago but I couldn't find anything more recent. Considering the rest of Picardy Place works are meant to be finished in September I'd have thought something would have appeared by now... </p>
