At the moment government recommendations are to reach -70% green house gas emissions by 2030 and net zero by 2045.<br /> This is simply not enough!<br /> With mass action we have the power to instigate deep societal change.</p> <p>Which is why Extinction Rebellion Scotland have organised a Rebel camp outside the Scottish Parliament between the 16th and 20th of June. To pressure our politicians, engage in outreach, share performances, and partake in workshops. </p> <p>On Sunday the 16th, rebels from Glasgow are cycling through to the Rebel Camp at 9.30am. Meeting in George square in Glasgow.</p> <p>We will be meeting other like-minded cyclist on the meadows in Edinburgh at about 4:30pm.</p> <p>We will then all cycle to parliament together, where some of us will stay to camp.</p> <p>Please consider joining us as together we can bring about change.
